30-Day Refund & Return Policy

At The Ivy Wire, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of your order being processed.

How it works:

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order was processed.

Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized products may be excluded unless defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at theivywire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are covered by The Ivy Wire only if the item is defective or we made an error. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
